PKTC – “Prem Kiran Transformation centre” at Bendsil Village Badlapur (E),and Thane. This is the project of community Development Centre, a registered society and public trust which is an auxiliary body of India Evangelical Lutheran Church in Partnership with life in the word Joyce Meyer Ministries.

Vision:

Create and offer a holistic life transformation to the helpless CSWs and their children may have self reliant, dignified and productive living.

Mission:

Prepare the whole community towards new life.
Redeem them from flesh trade.
Transform them as normal members of the society.
Establish a new place for their settlement.
Transfer the whole community to a newly created settlement.
Create income generating small-scale projects.
Offer self reliant, productive and God pleasing life.

Strategy:

Redeem: Redeem the whole community from the sinful and undignified flesh trade, organize awareness programmes and create confidence in themselves for new life.

Re-Settle: Establish new settlement by accruing land provide simple infrastructure to live and work.

Rehabilitate: Enabling Re-habilitating, self reliant, re-productive living, train and assist to work, earn and lead a self sufficient living and productive.
